* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow
  accumulations 1 to 4 inches and ice accumulations around one
  tenth of an inch possible.

* WHERE...West, Central, Northeastern Highland Rim, and Upper
  Cumberland Regions of Middle Tennessee.

* WHEN...From 3 PM CST Wednesday until 6 PM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
