This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Middle Tennessee.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Hazardous driving conditions due to black ice formation on area
roadways expected through tonight. If you have to travel, please
exercise caution while traveling on area roadways.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Hazardous driving conditions on many roadways across mid state region
due to ice and then snow formation on top of them likely to continue
through Saturday morning as temperatures will remain below freezing
until then.

Heavy mixed precipitation may be possible from Wednesday afternoon
through Thursday afternoon across mid state region. Total ice
accumulations of around one tenth of an inch will be possible in many
locations. Most locations will have total snowfall accumulations of
1 to 4 inches possible, with total snow accumulations of up to one
inch possible across southeastern portions of mid state region.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will likely be needed to relay reports of measured
ice and snow accumulations to NWS Nashville Office. Please relay any
information about observed severe weather to the NWS while following
all local, state, and CDC guidelines.
