* WHERE...Western Middle Tennessee.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if
  precautions are not taken.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

temperatures stay below freezing.

TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of up to one inch,
  with additional ice accumulations up to a tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Central areas of Middle Tennessee.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are possible due to
  the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light snow and freezing rain will be
  possible during the evening. Very cold air following the storm
  will make travel conditions slow to improve through Tuesday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.

  tenth of an inch possible.

* WHERE...Eastern Middle Tennessee.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the
  ice, especially just to the west of the Cumberland Plateau.
  Travel could be nearly impossible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light freezing rain will continue, with a
  mix of sleet and snow possible through the evening. Temperatures
  will remain below freezing during the day Tuesday which will
  continue hazardous travel conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
