...Snow Covered Roadways across the Plateau and Southern Middle
Tennessee this Morning...

Roadways are snow covered across the Cumberland Plateau and
portions of southern Middle Tennessee this morning. Snowfall
totals of generally 1 to 2 inches fell overnight across southern
areas of the mid state...with measured amounts of 2 to 6 inches
falling across the Plateau.

Temperatures across the Plateau and south continue to hover near
freezing and road conditions range from snow covered to slushy.
Motorists are urged to slow down and drive with caution.

Conditions should slowly improve by afternoon as temperatures
warm into the mid 30s Plateau and upper 30s to near 40 elsewhere.
