...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM CDT THIS MORNING FOR
CENTRAL DAVIDSON COUNTY...

At 633 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  McCrory Creek and Donelson, Richland Creek including Green Hills
  and Belle Meade, Overall Creek including Bellevue, Downtown and
  East Nashville, Inglewood, Madison, Forest Hills, Oak Hill,
  Pegram, Antioch, Bellevue, Berry Hill, Bells Bend and Whites Creek.

In addition to high flows on area creeks and streams, look for
standing water on roads and poor draining areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
