The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southwestern Davidson County in middle Tennessee...
  Williamson County in middle Tennessee...

* Until 745 AM CDT.

* At 449 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  West Harpeth River including West Harpeth, Starnes Creek including
  Peytonsville, Five Mile Creek, Berry Farms and the Goose Creek
  area, Franklin including the downtown area and locations near
  Sawmill Creek and Donelson Creek, Murfees Fork including
  Thompson's Station and Bear Creek, Sycamore Creek including
  Burwood, Mayes Creek including Trinity, Burke Hollow, and
  Clovercroft, Little Harpeth River including Brentwood, Owl Creek
  including Governors Club and the eastern portions of Brentwood,
  and areas near Spring Hill, Nolensville, Forest Hills, Oak Hill,
  Fairview, Leipers Fork and Natchez Trace.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
