  Jackson County in middle Tennessee...
  Eastern Macon County in middle Tennessee...
  Northwestern Overton County in middle Tennessee...
  Western Putnam County in middle Tennessee...
  Northeastern Smith County in middle Tennessee...
  North Central White County in middle Tennessee...

* Until 800 PM CDT.

* At 620 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain
  have fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Cookeville, Carthage, Celina, Gainesboro, Algood, Baxter, Red
  Boiling Springs, South Carthage, Whitleyville, Granville, Cummins
  Falls State Park, Moss, Standing Stone State Park, Pleasant Shade,
  Burgess Falls State Park, Hamptons Crossroads and Bakers
  Crossroads.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
