The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southwestern Dickson County in middle Tennessee...
  Hickman County in middle Tennessee...
  Houston County in middle Tennessee...
  Northeastern Humphreys County in middle Tennessee...

* Until 900 AM CDT Sunday.

* At 1034 PM CDT, Doppler radar, rain gauges, and reports showed
  heavy rain and significant flooding due to thunderstorms in the
  past 24 hours. Flooding is ongoing in the advisory area, and
  should slowly continue receding overnight. Ponding and standing
  water will remain for several hours, and some creeks, streams, and
  rivers will remain high into Sunday. Between 7 and 13 inches of
  rain have fallen, but no additional rainfall is expected overnight.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Dickson, Waverly, Centerville, Erin, McEwen, Burns, Tennessee
  Ridge, Cumberland City, Pinewood, Nunnelly, Lyles, Bon Aqua, Primm
  Springs and Houston County Airport.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
