...FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR SOUTHWESTERN AND SOUTH
CENTRAL PORTIONS OF THE MID STATE UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

.A nearly stationary frontal boundary will continue to provide the
threat of showers and thunderstorms across southwestern and south
central areas of the mid state. Rainfall could be heavy at times.

cancelled. The threat of heavy rainfall across northern and
central areas of the mid state has ended.

...FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS
EVENING...

The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* A portion of Middle Tennessee, including the following counties,
  Bedford, Giles, Lawrence, Lewis, Marshall, Maury, and Wayne.

* Until 7 PM CDT this evening

* Showers and thunderstorms will continue into the late afternoon
  and evening across the watch area. An additional 1 to 2 inches
  will be possible to add to the 3 to 5 inches of radar estimated
  rainfall already received across the watch area.


* Additional heavy rainfall could fall within a short period of
  time causing flooding of streets and low lying areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
