Areas affected...Middle TN...Northwest AL...Northern MS

Concerning...Tornado Watch 74...75...

Valid 290427Z - 290600Z

The severe weather threat for Tornado Watch 74, 75 continues.

SUMMARY...Severe threat will shift east across WWs 74 & 75.

DISCUSSION...Broken band of convection continues to shift east at
roughly 35kt across Middle TN late this evening, although
thunderstorms are moving a bit slower along the southern portions of
the line extending into the lower MS Valley. While deep-layer flow
continues to support organized rotating updrafts, broken line
segments are becoming more common and locally damaging winds should
be the main severe threat as convection moves east. Even so, some
tornado threat remains, especially with supercell structures.
