. Recent heavy rainfall has allowed Richland Creek to remain in action stage.
Levels are forecast to begin falling tonight into Thursday morning.

  The Richland Creek Above Pulaski
* Until Thursday evening.
* At 3 AM Wednesday the stage was 17.5 feet.
* Action stage is 16.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* The river will rise to near 19.0 feet this afternoon.
* At 20.0 feet...Portions of Vales Mill Rd between Chicken Creek Rd and the
  Highway 64 bypass become inundated and may be subject to closure
* At 16.0 feet...Flooding of low lying agricultural land along the river begins
