.Water releases from Old Hickory Dam have caused the Cumberland River to rise
above action stage at Omohundro.

  The Cumberland River At Omohundro Water Plant
* At 2AM Friday the stage was 35.3 feet.
* Action stage is 35.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 41.0 feet.
* The river will slowly rise today then remain steady.
* At 35.0 feet...Low lying areas along both sides of the river are inundated,
  including portions of Shelby Bottoms Park.
