CUMBERLAND...EAST CENTRAL WHITE...SOUTHEASTERN PUTNAM AND FENTRESS
COUNTIES UNTIL 515 PM CDT...

At 423 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong
thunderstorms 8 miles west of Jamestown, moving east at 35 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with these storms, along
with frequent lightning and torrential rainfall.

Locations impacted include...
Crossville, Jamestown, Byrdstown, Fairfield Glade, Monterey, Crab
Orchard, Allardt, Pleasant Hill, Grimsley, Cumberland Mountain State
Park, Slate Springs, Pall Mall, Lake Tansi, Wolf River Dock,
Clarkrange, Crawford and Pickett State Park.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 302 and 340.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Localized flooding may be possible. Do not drive your vehicle
through flooded roadways.

If outdoors, seek a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
