The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northwestern Jackson County in middle Tennessee...

* Until 330 PM CDT.

* At 222 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms across northwest Jackson County from Highway 262
  eastward across Indian Creek Road and Highway 85. Radar estimates
  up to 2 inches of rain have fallen in this area over the past
  hour. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in
  the advisory area.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Whitleyville.

Additional rainfall up to 1 inch is possible across the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
