This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Middle Tennessee.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

A Heat Advisory has been issued today for many areas west of the
Cumberland Plateau as maximum Heat Index values will reach 105 to
107 degrees. Please take the necessary precautions to protect
yourself from heat related illnesses such as drinking plenty of
water, wearing lightweight, loose-fitting clothing and taking
frequent breaks in the shade.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Maximum heat index values will approach 100 to 105 degrees for many
areas west of the Cumberland Plateau during the afternoon hours
Monday through next week.
