NORTHWESTERN RUTHERFORD AND NORTHEASTERN WILLIAMSON COUNTIES UNTIL
700 PM CDT...

At 614 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Smyrna, or 12 miles northwest of Murfreesboro, moving southwest at 10
mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Murfreesboro, Franklin, Smyrna, Brentwood, La Vergne, Nolensville,
Walterhill and Triune.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 65 between mile markers 68 and 72.
 Interstate 24 between mile markers 59 and 76.
 Interstate 840 between mile markers 39 and 64.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
