...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 630 PM CDT THIS EVENING
FOR SOUTHERN LAWRENCE COUNTY...

At 506 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms is diminishing across southern Lawrence County.
However, radar estimates between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen
in the past hour between St Joseph and Westpoint along Tidwell
Hollow Road and Bluff Road. Minor flooding is likely ongoing or
expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Lawrenceburg, Loretto, Westpoint, St. Joseph and Leoma.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
