  Duck River Near Hurricane Mills affecting Humphreys County

.Recent rainfall caused the Duck River near Hurricane Mills to rise
above action stage, but it is near crest.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

from the National Weather Service.

The Flood Advisory continues for
  The Duck River Near Hurricane Mills
* Until this afternoon.
* At 11PM Saturday the stage was 16.8 feet...and nearing crest.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 14.6 feet by tomorrow morning.
* At 16.0 feet...Water begins to inundate agricultural land and other low lying
  areas along the river including access points from Bucksnort to Taylortown,
  Cedar Grove, and to Bakerville Rd.
