...Dangerous Driving Conditions Possible on the Cumberland Plateau
This Morning...

Snowfall from Thursday left some roads in higher elevations of the
Cumberland Plateau wet or covered in snow which was able to
refreeze overnight due to temperatures well below freezing. Icy or
snow covered roads are expected to persist through mid morning
along the Cumberland Plateau. Motorists are urged to drive with
caution. Be especially careful if encountering what appears to be
just a wet surface. Black ice can form and cause very dangerous
driving conditions.
