  The Richland Creek Above Pulaski
* Until Saturday afternoon.
* At 01AM Friday the stage was 18.3 feet and falling.
* Action stage is 16.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* The river will fall below action stage early Saturday.
* At 20.0 feet...Portions of Vales Mill Rd between Chicken Creek Rd and the
  Highway 64 bypass become inundated and may be subject to closure
* At 16.0 feet...Flooding of low lying agricultural land along the river begins
