.The Flood Advisory for Hurricane Mills has been replaced by a Flood Warning.
Water levels on Richland Creek will continue to slowly rise and are expected
to crest late tonight.

  The Richland Creek Above Pulaski
* Until Saturday afternoon.
* At 02PM Thursday the stage was 18.4 feet and rising slowly.
* Action stage is 16.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* The river will rise to near 19.5 feet tomorrow morning.
* At 20.0 feet...Portions of Vales Mill Rd between Chicken Creek Rd and the
  Highway 64 bypass become inundated and may be subject to closure
* At 16.0 feet...Flooding of low lying agricultural land along the river begins
