...The Flood Advisory continues for the Cumberland River...Stones River...

  Cumberland River At Nashville affecting Davidson County
  Stones River Near Donelson affecting Davidson County

. The Cumberland River and Stones River continue to run high with the recent
heavy rainfall. The water will fall slowly with the dry weather this weekend
but more rainfall beginning early Monday morning could cause additional rises
on the Cumberland next week.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Stay tuned to NOAA weather radio or other local media for further information
from the National Weather Service.

The Flood Advisory continues for
  The Cumberland River At Nashville
* Until this evening.
* At 02AM Sunday the stage was 30.4 feet.
* Action stage is 30.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 40.0 feet.
* The river will rise to near 30.7 feet this evening.
* The river will continue to fall to near 30.7 feet by tomorrow morning.
* At 32.0 feet...Further inundation of low lying areas along the river is
  occurring including the riverfront landing and receation areas near Nissan
  Stadium.
* At 30.0 feet...Water reaches the first grassy area of the riverfront landing,
  and the access point on the east side of the river near Nissan Stadium.
* At 25.0 feet...The riverfront recreation areas on both sides of the river
  begin to be inundated.

  The Stones River Near Donelson
* Until further notice.
* At 03AM Sunday the stage was 23.8 feet.
* Action stage is 20.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
* At 25.0 feet...The Stones River Greenway is impassable at a few locations
  between Percy Priest Dam and Lebanon Road, and the park area on Jackson Downs
  Blvd is mostly inundated.
* At 23.0 feet...Sections of the Stones River Greenway are impassable between
  Percy Priest Dam and Lebanon Road, and low lying areas along the river are
  inundated near the park on Jackson Downs Blvd.
