...The Flood Advisory continues for the Cumberland River...Stones River...

  Cumberland River At Hunters Point affecting Sumner...Trousdale and Wilson
  Counties
  Cumberland River At Omohundro Water Plant affecting Davidson County
  Cumberland River At Nashville affecting Davidson County
  Stones River Near Donelson affecting Davidson County

. The Cumberland River continues to run high with the recent heavy rainfall.
The water will fall slowly with the dry weather this weekend but more rainfall
beginning early Monday morning could cause additional rises on the Cumberland
next week.

The Stones River near Donelson will remain above action stage as additional
water releases from Percy Priest Dam are expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Stay tuned to NOAA weather radio or other local media for further information
from the National Weather Service.

The Flood Advisory continues for
  The Cumberland River At Hunters Point
* Until this afternoon.
* At 11AM Saturday the stage was 48.0 feet.
* Action stage is 48.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 52.0 feet.
* The river will remain near action stage over the next several hours.
* At 48.0 feet...Areas along the river begin to be inundated from Beasleys Bend
  in Wilson County downstream to Old Hickory Dam. This includes agricultural
  land adjacent to the river, recreation areas, boat launch areas, and marinas
  in Hendersonville, Old Hickory, Mount Juliet, Lauguardo, Lebanon, Gallatin,
  and Castalian Springs.

The Flood Advisory continues for
  The Cumberland River At Omohundro Water Plant
* Until Sunday evening.
* At 11AM Saturday the stage was 37.2 feet.
* Action stage is 35.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 41.0 feet.
* At 38.0 feet...Shelby Bottoms Park begins to be inundated near the ball
  fields, and portions of the greenway trail may be impassable. Water begins to
  back up Mill Creek and is inundating low lying areas near Lebanon Pike.
* At 35.0 feet...Low lying areas along both sides of the river are inundated,
  including portions of Shelby Bottoms Park.

The Flood Advisory continues for
  The Cumberland River At Nashville
* Until Sunday evening.
* At 11AM Saturday the stage was 33.4 feet.
* Action stage is 30.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 40.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 30.5 feet by tomorrow morning.
* At 35.0 feet...Low lying areas along the river from the I-24 bridge to the
  I-65 bridge are significantly inundated, including riverfront recreation areas
  and access points near Nissan Stadium. Industrial properties along the river
  should monitor further increases in river levels.
* At 34.0 feet...Water reaches the second grassy area of the riverfront landing
  and covers most of the recreation areas on the east side of the river near
  Nissan Stadium.
* At 32.0 feet...Further inundation of low lying areas along the river is
  occurring including the riverfront landing and receation areas near Nissan
  Stadium.
* At 30.0 feet...Water reaches the first grassy area of the riverfront landing,
  and the access point on the east side of the river near Nissan Stadium.
* At 25.0 feet...The riverfront recreation areas on both sides of the river
  begin to be inundated.

  The Stones River Near Donelson
* Until further notice.
* At 11AM Saturday the stage was 26.2 feet.
* Action stage is 20.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
* At 25.0 feet...The Stones River Greenway is impassable at a few locations
  between Percy Priest Dam and Lebanon Road, and the park area on Jackson Downs
  Blvd is mostly inundated.
* At 23.0 feet...Sections of the Stones River Greenway are impassable between
  Percy Priest Dam and Lebanon Road, and low lying areas along the river are
  inundated near the park on Jackson Downs Blvd.
