. The river has fallen below action stage at Franklin, and will continue to fall.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

The Flood Advisory is cancelled for
  The Harpeth River At Franklin
* At 03AM Friday the stage was 21.8 feet...and falling.
* Action stage is 22.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 11.8 feet by tomorrow morning.
* At 23.0 feet...Water begins to inundate low lying areas along the banks,
  including the nursery at Hillsboro Road and Fulton Greer Lane.
* At 22.0 feet...Flood waters reach Highway 431 (Lewisburg Pike) in Franklin.
