...The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a Flood Advisory for the
following rivers in Middle Tennessee...

  Cumberland River At Omohundro Water Plant affecting Davidson County

. Recent rainfall has caused rivers and streams to run high across the area. This includes higher than normal levels on the Cumberland River through the Nashville area. The Cumberland River At Omohundro Water Plant is expected to be near or above action stage through the weekend.

* Action stage is 35.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 41.0 feet.
* At 35.0 feet...Low lying areas along both sides of the river are inundated,
  including portions of Shelby Bottoms Park.
