following rivers in Middle Tennessee...

  Harpeth River Below Franklin affecting Williamson County

. Heavy rainfall has caused rises along the Harpeth, including the Harpeth River below Frankin. This area is expected to stay above action stage through tonight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

* At 1 PM Thursday the stage was 22.0 feet.
* Action stage is 22.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
* At 22.0 feet...Water begins to inundate low lying areas along the banks,
  including the nursery at Hillsboro Road and Fulton Green Lane.
