. Heavy rainfall caused Wartrace Creek near Wartrace to rise above Action
Stage. The creek has crested and will continue to fall below action by 12PM
today.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

* Action stage is 9.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 9 feet by 12PM Thursday.
* At 9.0 feet...Water begins to inundate Winette Ayers Park.
