...Dense fog still affecting the Upper Cumberland this morning...

Dense fog continues to affect the Upper Cumberland this morning
with visibility down to near zero in some areas. Drivers are
urged to use caution, slow down and leave plenty of distance in
front of them this morning as visibility may drop rapidly over
short distances. All fog is expected to lift by late morning.
