This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Middle Tennessee.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

The remnants of Hurricane Laura are expected to move across Middle
Tennessee from Friday afternoon through early Saturday, although
uncertainty continues on the timing and strength of the system once
it reaches our region. At this time, Laura looks to bring 2 to 3
inches of rain to much of the area Friday through Saturday, which
could cause localized flooding. In addition, gusty winds and an
isolated tornado or two are also be possible late Friday afternoon
through early Saturday morning.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation may be needed on Friday into early Saturday.
Please relay any information about observed flooding or severe
weather to the NWS while following all local, state, and CDC
guidelines.
