  Cannon County in middle Tennessee...
  Northern Coffee County in middle Tennessee...
  Southwestern Cumberland County in middle Tennessee...
  De Kalb County in middle Tennessee...
  Southwestern Putnam County in middle Tennessee...
  Eastern Rutherford County in middle Tennessee...
  Northern Van Buren County in middle Tennessee...
  Warren County in middle Tennessee...
  White County in middle Tennessee...
  Southeastern Wilson County in middle Tennessee...

* Until 415 AM CDT.

* At 123 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly in the advisory area.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Murfreesboro, Cookeville, McMinnville, Sparta, Smithville,
  Woodbury, Spencer, Smyrna, Baxter, Walterhill, Alexandria,
  Morrison, Doyle, Dowelltown, Liberty, Auburntown, Centertown, Rock
  Island State Park, Edgar Evans State Park and Center Hill Lake.

Doppler radar indicates rainfall rates of two to three inches an
hour noted in some isolated locations.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
