* WHAT...Westerly winds sustained at 15 to 25 mph becoming
  northwesterly this morning. Gusts of 40 to 50 mph are possible.

* WHERE...All of Middle Tennessee.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
  result.
