The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out of
the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 515 PM CDT
FOR SOUTHEASTERN DAVIDSON COUNTY...

At 506 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Hermitage, or
near Nashville, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Nashville, Forest Hills, Oak Hill, Antioch, Hermitage and Berry Hill.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 40 between mile markers 209 and 221.
 Interstate 65 between mile markers 75 and 82, and between mile
markers 86 and 88, and near mile marker 90.
 Interstate 24 between mile markers 47 and 58.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Trees and power lines were downed near I-65 and Franklin Road at 442
PM. Although some gradual overall weakening noted, this storm still
has the capability of producing wind damage.

Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of nature's leading
killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are close enough to
be struck by lightning.

Brief heavy rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
minor flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
