The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Cumberland County in Middle Tennessee...
  Northeastern Van Buren County in Middle Tennessee...
  Southeastern White County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 1045 PM CDT.

* At 741 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Doppler radar estimates moe than two inches of rain has already
  fallen in some spots.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Crossville, Fairfield Glade, Crab Orchard, Pleasant Hill, Lake
  Tansi, Cumberland Mountain State Park, Slate Springs, Indian Rock
  Lake and Virgin Falls State Natural Area.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 314 and 337.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
