...Patchy Dense Fog Likely through 8 AM...

Clear skies, calm winds, and abundant surface moisture from
earlier rainfall will result in patchy dense fog development.
Low lying areas and locations near bodies of water will be most
vulnerable. Prepare for rapidly changing conditions as
visibilities may drop below one mile in spots. If traveling,
allow for extra time to reach your destination, slow down, and use
your low beam headlights. Fog should dissipate by 8 am or so.
