  Duck River Near Hurricane Mills affecting Humphreys County

. The Duck River near Hurricane Mills continues to fall and will drop
below action stage by noon today. The flood advisory will be allowed to
expire at noon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Stay tuned to noaa weather radio or other local media for further information
from the National Weather Service.

The Flood Advisory continues for
  The Duck River Near Hurricane Mills
* Until this afternoon.
* At 08AM Friday the stage was 20.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 13.4 feet by tomorrow morning.
* At 20.0 feet...Portions of Tumbling Creek Road east of Highway 13 begin to
  flood and there is significant flooding of agricultural land along the river
  from Bucksnort, to Taylortown and Cedar Grove.
* At 16.0 feet...Flooding of agricultural land and other low lying areas along
  the river begin to flood from Bucksnort, to Taylortown and Cedar Grove.
