...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 815 PM CDT FOR
SOUTH CENTRAL LEWIS...WAYNE...LAWRENCE...WESTERN GILES AND
SOUTHWESTERN PERRY COUNTIES...

At 603 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area.  Flash flooding is likely occurring.
Areas in Wayne County have received up to 3 inches of rain in the
last one and a half hours. More heavy rain is moving into western
and central Wayne County.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Lawrenceburg, Waynesboro, Loretto, Collinwood, Clifton, St. Joseph,
Minor Hill, Ethridge, Henryville, Cypress Inn, Lutts, Leoma,
Westpoint and Iron City.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
