The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northeastern Davidson County in Middle Tennessee...
  Southwestern Sumner County in Middle Tennessee...
  Northwestern Wilson County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 1100 PM CDT.

* At 904 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Doppler radar estimates one to two inches of rain has already
  fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Gallatin, Hendersonville, Mount Juliet, Goodlettsville, White
  House, Millersville, Lakewood, Hermitage, Belinda City, Old
  Hickory, Rural Hill, Cottontown and Percy Priest Lake.

Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 218 and 228.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
