WESTERN LAWRENCE AND SOUTHEASTERN PERRY COUNTIES UNTIL 200 PM CDT...

At 117 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Linden to 9 miles southeast of Cherokee.
Movement was east at 25 mph.

Pea size hail will be possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Waynesboro, Linden, Loretto, Collinwood, St. Joseph, Westpoint, Iron
City, Cypress Inn, Flatwoods and Lutts.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
