This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Middle
Tennessee around and west and northwest of a Lafayette to
Lebanon to Nashville to Linden line.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

An initial wintry mix will transition to light snow Monday
night. Total snowfall accumulations will range from around
one quarter of an inch across the Land Between The Lakes
Region to up to an inch for locations around and just west
and northwest of a Lafayette to Lebanon to Nashville to Linden
line. Hazardous travel conditions will be possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Below freezing temperatures will linger around the mid state
through Thursday morning. Wind chill values on Wednesday and
Thursday mornings will be in the single digits. The duration
of these cold temperatures may pose hazards to exposed plumbing,
elderly, homeless, pets, and those working outdoors. Due to the
continuance of these cold temperatures also, hazardous travel
conditions will continue through Thursday morning, especially
on secondary roadways.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation likely will be needed tonight for significant
snowfall accumulation reports relayed to the NWS Nashville office.

Lebanon to Nashville to Linden line.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

An initial wintry mix will transition to light snow Monday
night. Snowfall accumulations will range from around one inch
for locations generally east and south of a Lafayette to Lebanon
to Nashville to Linden line to one and one half inches across
the Cumberland Plateau Region. Hazardous travel conditions will
be possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Snow showers will continue for locations just west of and
across the Cumberland Plateau Region through the morning
hours on Tuesday. Additional snowfall accumulations are
possible. Total snowfall accumulations for locations
generally east and south of a Lafayette to Lebanon to
Nashville to Linden line will be between one and three inches.
Hazardous travel conditions will continue to be possible.

Below freezing temperatures will linger around the mid state
through Thursday morning. Wind chill values on Wednesday and
Thursday mornings will be in the single digits. On Thursday
morning wind chills in some locations across the Cumberland
Plateau Region will be near zero or a few degrees below zero.
The duration of these cold temperatures may pose hazards to
exposed plumbing, elderly, homeless, pets, and those working
outdoors. Due to the continuance of these cold temperatures,
hazardous travel conditions will continue through Thursday
morning also, especially on secondary roadways.
