The Flood Advisory continues for
  The Cumberland River At Omohundro Water Plant
* Through tonight and into early Tuesday morning.
* At 7 PM Monday the stage was 36.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 41.0 feet.
* Action stage is 35.0 feet.
* At 35.0 feet...Low lying areas along both sides of the river are inundated,
  including portions of Shelby Bottoms Park.
