...Accumulating Snow Possible Tonight...

.A strong cold front will move through the area this afternoon
dropping temperatures rapidly across the mid state as the
evening hours progress. There will be a rapid change from
rain to snow, with snow across the entire mid state overnight.
1 locally up to 2 inches of snow will be possible through
early Sunday morning in the advisory area. Snow is expected
to come to an end during the early morning hours Sunday
before sunrise. Along with this snowfall, gusty north winds
can be expected with wind gusts approaching 40 mph.
