This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Middle
Tennessee.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Patchy freezing fog will affect parts of Middle Tennessee this
morning, especially across southwest Middle Tennessee near the
Alabama border. Patchy ice is possible on a few bridges and
overpasses, although nothing significant is expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Moderate to heavy rain and a few thunderstorms are expected
across Middle Tennessee on Saturday, with rainfall totals ranging
from 1 to 3 inches. Flooding is possible in some areas.

Rain is expected to changeover to light snow late Saturday night
into Sunday morning across much of Middle Tennessee as
temperatures rapidly fall below freezing. Light snow
accumulations ranging from a dusting up to one inch are possible,
although these amounts remain uncertain. In addition, any
standing water on area roadways, especially bridges and
overpasses, could freeze and cause travel difficulties on Sunday.

Very cold temperatures are expected on Monday morning, with lows
dropping into the teens and possibly the upper single digits.
Wind chills may fall below zero in some areas.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation may be needed on Saturday into Sunday for
flooding and winter weather concerns.
