...The flood warning continues for the following rivers in Tennessee...
Alabama...

  Duck River At Shelbyville affecting Bedford County
  Duck River Near Shelbyville affecting Bedford and Marshall Counties
  Duck River Above Milltown affecting Marshall County
  Duck River At Columbia affecting Maury County
  Duck River At Centerville affecting Hickman County
  Duck River Near Hurricane Mills affecting Humphreys County
  Buffalo River Near Lobelville affecting Perry County
  Elk River Near Prospect affecting Limestone and Giles Counties
  Tennessee River At Clifton affecting Decatur...Hardin...Perry and Wayne
  Counties

.Water levels along the Tennesse River and its tributaries remains high and
many locations are experiencing Major Flooding. For the Duck River, Buffalo
River, and Elk River, river levels crested this afternoon, but will remain high
into Monday and even Tuesday for the downstream areas. Along the Tennessee
River expect water levels to continue to slowly rise above Major Flood stage
later tonight or early Monday morning, and continue to rise through the week.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Avoid flooded areas along the river...And move personal belongings to higher
ground. Never drive through flooded roads as the depth of water may be too great
to pass...Even in trucks or sport utility vehicles. If you come across a flooded
road...Turn around don't drown.

Stay tuned to noaa weather radio or other local media for further information
from the National Weather Service.

  The Duck River At Shelbyville
* Until further notice.
* At 09PM Sunday the stage was 35.4 feet.
* The river has crested and will fall to near 30 feet by Monday afternoon.
* Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
* At 35.0 feet...The Fishermans Park area is completely flooded and water
  approaches US-231 near the park, and portions of West Jackson St are under
  water and may be impassable.
* At 32.0 feet...Water approaches West Jackson Street near the Tyson Plant.

* Until 02/25 20:10.
* At 09PM Sunday the stage was 29.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* The river has crested and will fall to below flood stage tomorrow early
  afternoon.
* At 29.0 feet...Flood waters reach several garages on US-231.
* At 27.5 feet...Flood waters reach several businesses and Mt. Zion Baptist
  Church. Flooding will be extensive throughtout Shelbyville as backwater from
  the Duck River pushes adjacent tributaries out of their banks.
* At 25.0 feet...Flooding occurs in low lying areas along the Duck River
  throughout the Shelbyville area.

* Until further notice.
* At 10PM Sunday the stage was 37.2 feet.
* The river has crested and is expected to fall below flood stage Monday morning.
* Flood stage is 36.0 feet.
* At 38.0 feet...Water begins to flood portions of Milltown Road and may limit
  access to residences in the area.
* At 36.0 feet...Water begins to flood properties and secondary access roads
  along the river from Henry Horton State Park to Highway 431.

* Major flooding is occurring.
* Flood stage is 32.0 feet.
* The river has crested, but is expected to remain around 42 feet Monday
  and Tuesday.
* At 43.5 feet...Flood waters cover Riverside Drive.
* At 42.0 feet...Flood waters reach the Highway 31 bridge.
* At 41.0 feet...Flood waters reach Riverside Drive.
* At 37.5 feet...Flood waters enter the old TVA hydro electric plant.

  The Duck River At Centerville
* Until further notice.
* At 09PM Sunday the stage was 33.9 feet.
* Major flooding is occurring and will continue overnight.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to a stage of 31.9 feet by Tuesday morning.
* At 32.0 feet...All areas along the Duck River near Centerville will be covered
  by flood waters. Defeated Creek, Bears Creek, Swan Creek, Lowes Bend, and
  Horse Branch Creek will be flooded due to backwater. Many roads near the river
  will be impassable due to high water.

  The Duck River Near Hurricane Mills
* Until 03/01 00:00.
* At 09PM Sunday the stage was 26.8 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and will continue overnight.
* Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 26 feet by Monday afternoon, then is
  forecast to fall below flood stage Thursday evening.
* At 28.0 feet...Roads along the river are flooded including Hurricane Creek
  Road west of Hurricane Mills, Tumbling Creek Road east of Highway 13, and
  portions of Dyer Road near Taylortown. Extensive flooding of agricultural land
  along the river is occurring from Bucksnort, to Taylortown and Cedar Grove.
* At 26.0 feet...Portions of Hurricane Creek Road west of Hurricane Mills are
  flooded and may be impassable, and flood waters approach Watered Hollow Road
  west of Highway 13.

  the Russ Farm and Martins Landing subdivisions.
* At 384.0 feet...In Decatur County, water reaches the ground floor of house #23
  in the Riverstone subdivision.

  The Buffalo River Near Lobelville
* Until 02/26 05:12.
* At 09PM Sunday the stage was 19.4 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* The river has crested and will fall to below flood stage tomorrow late
  evening.
* At 16.0 feet...Flood waters cover Route 438 south of Lobelville near
  Beardstown and it may be impassable. Extensive agricultural land along the
  river is flooded as well.
* At 14.0 feet...Gilmer Bridge Rd and Russell Creek Rd begin to flood. Leeper
  Bottom and Qualls Bend Rd become flooded as well. Water approaches portions of
  Highway 438 south of Lobelville near Beardstown.
* At 12.0 feet...Portions of secondary roads near Old Highway 13 are inundated.

  The Elk River Near Prospect
* Until 02/28 21:00.
* At 09PM Sunday the stage was 32.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* The river will continue rising to near 33.0 feet tomorrow early afternoon,
  then is forecast to fall below flood stage Thursday afternoon.
* At 36.0 feet...Extensive flooding continues across southeast Giles County,
  affecting the Prospect, Elkton, and Ardmore areas.
* At 32.0 feet...Extensive flooding will occur across southeast Giles County.
  Flood waters reach several homes in and around the Prospect, Elkton, and
  Ardmore areas.
* At 26.0 feet...Water completely floods Veto Rd near the Hargrove - Johnson
  bridge south of Route 273. It may be unsafe to pass and motorists should seek
  an alternate route.
