...Gusty Winds Will Continue Through The Morning Hours...

As a rather strong surface pressure gradient continues
across Middle Tennessee this morning, sustained west winds
15 to 24 MPH with gusts generally 30 to approaching 40 MPH will
continue across the mid state region through the morning hours.
These gusty winds could result in a few weak tree limbs being
blown off, or with the present saturated ground conditions, a few
small trees could be damaged or blown over also. Lighter loose
outdoor objects may be blown around. Driving, in particular for
high profile vehicles, may become difficult. Sustained wind speeds
and associated gusts should begin to lower as the afternoon hours
progress as surface pressure gradient eventually weakens.
