* At 1201 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Lafayette, Livingston, Jamestown, Celina, Gainesboro, Byrdstown,
  Hartsville, Red Boiling Springs, Allardt, Whitleyville, Moss, Dixon
  Springs, Pleasant Shade, Pall Mall, Dale Hollow Lake, Pickett State
  Park and Standing Stone State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
