The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southwestern Cumberland County in Middle Tennessee...
  Southern Coffee County in Middle Tennessee...
  Central Van Buren County in Middle Tennessee...
  Southeastern Warren County in Middle Tennessee...
  Grundy County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 215 PM CST.

* At 1110 AM CST, radar showed heavy downpours beginning to taper
  off a bit around Altamont and Manchester. Although the heaviest
  rainfall will be moving off to the north, some flooding will
  continue. Look for additional heavy downpours to move into the
  area later today and this evening, so more flash flood warnings
  may be required.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Manchester, Tullahoma, Gruetli-Laager, Tracy City, Altamont,
  Coalmont, Palmer, Beersheba Springs, Viola, Hillsboro and Pelham.

This includes Interstate 24 between mile markers 113 and 135.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.
