* At 1011 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the
  warned area. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Cookeville, Crossville, Sparta, Fairfield Glade, Algood, Monterey,
  Baxter, Crab Orchard, Allardt, Pleasant Hill, Doyle, Hamptons
  Crossroads, and Cumberland Mountain State Park.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 268 and 340.
