...Potentially Life-Threatening Flash Flooding Possible through
tonight...

.More heavy rain continues across Middle Tennessee. Continued
waves of rain will bring another 2 to 4+ inches to the mid-state
today and tonight. Flooding is already ongoing and you need to
have a plan in place now in case the need arises to evacuate to
higher ground. Please don't take this lightly. Have somewhere to
go at a moment's notice to escape flood waters.

...FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH MIDNIGHT...

The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* A portion of Middle Tennessee, including the following areas,
  Bedford, Cannon, Cheatham, Clay, Coffee, Cumberland, Davidson,
  De Kalb, Dickson, Fentress, Giles, Grundy, Hickman, Houston,
  Humphreys, Jackson, Lawrence, Lewis, Macon, Marshall, Maury,
  Montgomery, Overton, Perry, Pickett, Putnam, Robertson,
  Rutherford, Smith, Stewart, Sumner, Trousdale, Van Buren,
  Warren, Wayne, White, Williamson, and Wilson.

* Through Midnight.

* An additional 2 to 4 inches of rain. Locally higher amounts to 5
  across the south are expected.

* Potentially life-threatening flooding will be very possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
