* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Lewis County in Middle Tennessee...
  Wayne County in Middle Tennessee...
  Marshall County in Middle Tennessee...
  Southwestern Rutherford County in Middle Tennessee...
  Maury County in Middle Tennessee...
  Lawrence County in Middle Tennessee...
  Williamson County in Middle Tennessee...
  Central Giles County in Middle Tennessee...
  Perry County in Middle Tennessee...
  Hickman County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 1245 AM CST.

* At 754 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated continuing rainfall that
  will cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area.
  Soils are saturated, streams are running high, and any additional
  rainfall will cause problems. If the intensity of the rainfall
  increases, flash flood warnings may be issued.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Franklin, Columbia, Lewisburg, Lawrenceburg, Pulaski, Hohenwald,
  Centerville, Waynesboro, Linden, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Mount
  Pleasant, Thompson's Station, Loretto, and Lobelville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
