.Shoal Creek has fallen below flood stage this morning and will continue falling
today.

* At 2AM Thursday the stage was 13.9 feet.
* Action stage is 10.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 8.5 feet by tomorrow morning.
* At 14.0 feet...Flooding of low lying areas along Shoal Creek begins.
